Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. (Matthew 5:11-12)
Kudos to CBR Maine Director Leslie Sneddon for passing this test with flying colors. Story here. Leslie and other pro-lifers are a regular presence outside a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Portland, Maine. As a result, a neighboring restaurant owner is in a panic.
This story clearly demonstrates that abortion photos and other pro-life activities can disrupt business-as-usual and thus are an effective tool for anathematizing abortion clinics and any commercial businesses who support baby-killing.

It is really startling, the sheer arrogance of this blog, and the questionable people it extorts. You think, that the billions who occupy this planet, MUST comply with your own personal belief systems. I would imagine, in another time, you would be compared to the perpetrators of the bloody Inquisition. You don’t believe in personal freedom, you advocate for control of mind and body. You feebly use “The Bible” to support your positions. You attack women, leaving men totally unaccountable for their role in procreation. Shame on you bullies. You do it for yourself, for your own edification. Perhaps you like the notoriety, I suspect that is your primary motivation. It is all about YOU, because once a baby is born? You are gone, gone, gone…..

Ms. Parish is confused on many levels.
First of all, we have no ability to compel anybody to comply with anything. All we do is stand out on a public street and prove to passersby that abortion decapitates and dismembers little human beings. As long as Ms. Parish and the majority of Americans are OK with that, then the killing will continue. For a long time, Americans were OK with enslaving Black men and women.
Historical note: slave-holders defended their barbarity by claiming slavery to be a matter of personal and state rights. Applying Ms. Parish’s logic to slavery, “How dare anyone advocate for the abolition of slavery based on their own personal belief systems?” Or more specifically, “How dare anyone display a photo of what slavery does to slaves?”
The “perpetrators of bloody inquisition” committed acts of violence. Can Ms. Parish cite a single instance in which any member of the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform advocated violence? The blood being spilled in this case is the blood of little human beings being decapitated and dismembered by the millions … and we are not the ones spilling the blood.
We wonder if Ms. Parish truly believes her own rhetoric. Does she really believe in personal freedom? Did she vote for candidates who compel us to pay for somebody else’s abortions? Does she vote for candidates who decide for us which charities our money will support? Does she vote for candidates who decide for us what kind of health insurance we can buy or sell? Do her government bullies (e.g., IRS agents) compel us to comply against our will, under threat of imprisonment? You bet they do.
You can call the leftist agenda a lot of things … leftist, socialist, communist, intolerant, abusive, unsustainable, etc. … but there is one thing you can’t call it … pro-choice.
One final note. Ms. Parish is apparently ignorant of the fact that we routinely denounce male predatory and irresponsible behavior. We have said repeatedly that irresponsible and predatory male behavior is much more responsible for abortion than any other factor.
