Patient: I feel it moving now.
Carhart: After 20 weeks, it should be. … Within an hour of the injection [into the baby’s heart], you shouldn’t feel it moving anymore.
Patient: What do you use to break [the baby] up [into pieces]?
Carhart: A pickaxe, a drill bit … (laughter).
